Norton blocked an intrusion attempt by the name of Blackhole Toolkit Website 7, should I be worried?

If Norton has blocked this web site I'd be cautious and run a full system scan. Norton doesn't block programs without a good reason, sounds like either a hacker site or a virus. Do the scan!
