What is the best place for a hispanic to go with out being bullied friendswood (texas) or zionsville (in)?

My dad is offering me to finish high school in the usa and i have two options zionsville, indianapolis and friends wood texas. I really wouldn't want to be bullied in anyway because I�m hispanic.I�m confused and clearly don't know what to do.
