What do you think of photo radar and red light cams?

I believe both of these things are an invasion of the privacy of an individual and should not be allowed. Slowly, but as certain as night follows day, the right to be anonymous and private is eroding in the United States. Though I do not speed as a general rule and never run red lights, those who practice these things should only be ticketed and prosecuted if observed by a police officer on duty, not some camera that is subject to malfunction and is impossible to cross examine at a hearing.
