Liberals what do you say to someone that wants to be left alone by the government?

liberals what do you say the person that want to work for himself pay for everything himself healthcare, retirement, education, etc. doesnt mind maying local taxes for essential services but for the most part wants the government out of his hair ... how do you sell government intrusion into this persons life?
