Should I have told my work bully off on my last day today?

I have had a work butter for the past 5 months at my job and today was my last day. She made sure that she bullied me, was condescending, and made me feel stupid on my last day today. I got really upset and wanted to tell her off but instead I just left early and said F it... should I have told her off? I'm so sick of people walking all over me.
