Is the ATDMT cookie harmful and only associated to internet explorer ?

If MSE didn't pick it up then i doubt it is harmful, MSE is supposed to be one of the best. Google chrome and firefox are way better browsers than IE anyway so i recommend downloading one of these two and deleting all of your browsing data from IE (but keep IE installed just in case)
