Why do people want to be teachers?

I mean there are unfortunatly many cases in which teachers are sworn at, shouted at, ignored, bullied, blamed for having unteachable kids, made fun of and in thankfully very rare cases assualted and reported from paedophilia when they arent paedos, why would anyone want to be a teacher?
