When will psn be back up? why is it down?

right now gamepro says that it should be up by (4-27-11) or wednesday and they only that because of one of the security experts that is helping rebuild the security system. And the short story of why its down is because a team of hackers got a leeked code that made it so they could get passed the privacy policy and try to steel peoples credit card numbers and use the credit card numbers for themselves. So psn shut down the whole network so they could rebuild the security to be better.
