My roommates Intrusion Upon Seclusion?

so my roommates have been doing things in my room while im away, i got them on video randomly just coming in my room and messing with things and the other day the one roommate came in got my toothbrush and walked out with it then brought it back a minute later. they were also in my room together and one stood in front of the camera while the other was behind my drums, when i got home 2 pairs of sticks were broken but i cant actually see them doing it in the video, but i know the werent like that earlier that day. is there any legal course of action i could take to teach them a lesson, possibly get them evicted. we all signed a lease for the same house
