Luvs vs parents choice diapers?

Awe my daughter is the same age. She weighs 28lbs and is also in a size 5. In my opinion, Parent's Choice worked just fine, up until Rylee got about 7 or 8 months old. When she became more active, they just didn't provide enough coverage and maneuverability and it was at this age that they started leaking pretty often. We switched to Luvs and I absolutely love them. They work just ask good as pampers, and in my opinion better than huggies. I don't like Huggies at all, they are more stiff feeling and don't provide as much elasticity as Luvs and Pampers. I would definitely say Pampers are my first chioce, but since they are way more expensive, Luvs are a VERY close second. With the Luvs the never leak, they never come undone. The only problem I have ever had is that sometimes they leak at night, but that really isn't the fault of the diaper, it is just because my daughter LOVES her some sleep :-) Sometimes she will go to bed at 10pm and sleep til 10am, so after 12 hours of her peeing all night, I don't care what brand you have her in, its going to leak. Other than that I have not had one issue with Luvs diapers. From my favorite brand to least favorite brand, it would be Pampers, Luvs, Huggies, Parents Choice. And as far as the price, I'm not sure where you live so I can't give you a definite price. At my local walmart, a case of size 5 Parent's Choice is 13.67 I believe, the same size and number of diapers of Luvs are 16.97. Pampers and Huggies are both 24.97 for the same size and number of diapers. I would say you could to the whole "trial and error" thing, but honestly I would not waste ANY money on Parent's Choice if I didn't have to. If you can spring the extra 3 and half bucks for Luvs, I would do so, because Luvs are awesome, and much cheaper than pampers and huggies.
