Is it possible to EARN my direct sales kit? Which companies do this?

I really don't have to money to pay for the kit up front. Is it possible to sale product in order to earn your kit? Or something along those lines? Which companies do this? I'm interested in Passion Parties and maybe Pampered Chef. But I'm open to what's affordable. Thanks in advance.
